SR-9011 Transdermal

SR-9011 functions as a potent agonist of the Rev-Erbα and Rev-Erbβ nuclear receptors, key regulators of the mammalian circadian clock and metabolic homeostasis. Preclinical data indicate SR-9011 modulates expression of genes governing lipogenesis, gluconeogenesis, and the inflammatory cascade. Research in rodent models has demonstrated reductions in adiposity, improved insulin sensitivity, and attenuation of inflammatory markers upon administration. The compound’s ability to entrain circadian gene networks makes it a subject of interest in chronobiology, metabolic syndrome research, and anti-inflammatory drug discovery. Delivered via transdermal formulation to facilitate consistent dermal absorption in research models.
